PM Testoraa Labs carried out a geotechnical investigation for the proposed G+2 residential building at Emami Aerocity, Kalapatti, Coimbatore.
The investigation included soil exploration, collection of soil samples, field testing, and laboratory analysis to understand the subsurface soil conditions. Based on the test results, recommendations were provided for the suitable foundation type, foundation depth, safe bearing capacity, settlement, and construction precautions.
The investigation supports the safe, stable, and economical design of the proposed building foundation.
