Geotechnical Investigation & Soil Testing for industrial Building – Madukkarai, Coimbatore

PM Testoraa Labs carried out a geotechnical investigation and soil testing for a proposed industrial building at Madukkarai, Coimbatore.
The investigation included subsurface soil exploration, Standard Penetration Test (SPT), soil sampling, and laboratory testing to evaluate the engineering properties and bearing characteristics of the soil.
Based on the field and laboratory test results, suitable recommendations were provided for foundation type, foundation depth, safe bearing capacity, settlement considerations, and construction precautions.
The geotechnical investigation helped provide reliable soil data for the safe, stable, and economical design of the building foundation.
